Very rude over the phone when asking a general question i was asking if they were open to the public when telling her i was trying to do my own taxes and couldnt get it to go through because a local tax wasnt taken out and i was going to ask if she thinks i should just come in and do them but she rudely cut me off and said i dont have time answer questions im with someone else and hung up i was going to make an appointment but now i will never go in there with that kind of bad attitude!!!!!!!!!!! If i could put a zero star i would im in the hospitality industry and im discusted with that customer service

I love this place this is the only,place that I file at..Sylvia is my preparer...She only,let you,do what is right...so neither one will get into,trouble false filong things...Always on point on her job...

Although Jackson Hewitt got me the most money for my refund,and I would not mind referring ppl I’m kinda upset because the tax preparer made small mistakes and I’m still sending information in in the middle of May hoping to get my check soon?
