Location is horrible, Dealing with process of simply depositing money due to needing multiple forms of ID is crazy. Just an overall unpleasant using this unify.

The atm in Georgetown never works!!! The bank isnt open so when I need to make a deposit I have to drive to Lexington and pray the one there works. Here it a Sunday and guess what!!? Atm is dead!! Shocker!!!

The online site and app are awful, i press forgot password because I have to re enter my credentials to re activate the biometric lock and when I put in my username to start to get a new password, it asks for my fingerprint scan and takes me to the beginning, poorly developed services.

Overdraft for less than 2 dollars over. Tell me they can take it away but im not in the program that allows you to go over! And if the company takes the payment out again they cant take the fee away. I was im this "program" LAST MONTH!!!! Horrible credit union. Wont lend to anyone with lower credit no matter how long you been with them!!!!!!
