Best experience I’ve ever had with insurance. I’ve spent countless hours requesting, going over, and asking questions about changing my policies when I’ve needed to. They have been so patient and explained everything, and I couldn’t appreciate all of their help more!

Requested changes to my accout. Changes never took place or even followed up on. I had to call AF direct to get changes made. Not quite sure why I have an agent if I have to do all the work. Sure makes internet based insurance look more attractive.
