After switching from State Farm to save on a multi-policy discount for home and auto insurance our coverage for homeowners insurance was immediately cancelled and we were not notified. A year later we get a message from State Farm that we are having our rates increased. After talking with Allstate ADMITTED that they made an error on their end and have refused to resolve the issue and credit our account the additional amount that they have charged for the insurance. This place has been unprofessional the entire time and have not contacted us to resolve this for weeks at a time after we call and email repeatedly. If you can go anywhere else for insurance I would NOT RECOMMEND getting insurance through this office.
