Did my taxes here.... at first they do as they promise and provide you with a refund program you selected. However, they sell you on the idea that they will help you if you were to get audit. But its a lie i know about 6 people that got audit and they did nothing to help. Im my personal case i sent them multiple emails and never got a response. Never will go back and all people that know go there will not be returning either from what i know.
