GC Tax Service is HORRIBLE for tax services, they did family taxes 2018, told to mail in a payment, sent in payment, IRS asks what money is for? Year later IRS sends letter saying we owe $1200 late fees for not filing 2018 taxes, GC Tax Service acknowledges they "FORGOT" to file taxes and then stopped taking our calls.
