Mutual Bank was better. Northwest is awful!!

We have had near $1,000 taken from our account since the switch over and law enforcement has been contacted they told us it would take 3 business days for our $269 to be reimbursed back to us but it has taken 6 then I called to speak with someone not one time did I cuss the the person hung up on me I tried to call back to speak with someone higher up and my calls were ignored I will be pulling all our money out and closing the account and reporting to the BBB and have a full investigation done on northwest

I love this bank! The customer service is wonderful!
