My account was continuously renewed with features added when I specifically asked for it to be canceled. Cynthia refused to send a confirmation email that my accounts were canceled each time, not to mention she once told me upon request for confirmation that she was busy, and that somebody else was in line so she would be unable to send me anything. My money was eventually refunded after a long investigation process conducted by Nationwides customer care center at HQ. Avoid at all costs unless your willing to promote and fall victim to corrupt practices.
