We had him come to our house about a year ago and he never called with the quote. We let it go we called his place again to find out what the quote was and the lady on the phone is the RUDEST person I have ever had to personally deal with! She said Keith was not in and she would talk to him and have him call or she will call back NEVER DID My husband decided to stop in and find out the quote the lady again was RUDE to my husband and Keith was not any better in fact he was worse. He asked my husband what prompted him to come and find what the quote was instead of kindly saying this is what I quoted you. He finally said I quoted you 4k! Then Keith proceeded to ask my Husband what the other quotes were and all of them were 1k a year! He told my Husband to jump on those... From Esurance our quote 1100, LA Insurance 1k and Advasure 975 and a few others were around the 1k mark even Allstate! We personally think this man did NOT want to insure us for whatever reason! Our home is in great order not falling apart but yet 4k from Keith and 1200 or less from every other place. If you want a KIND and HELPFUL person as an insurance agent and you prefer the employees to be kind as well you are better off going somewhere else.He kind of turned us off from ALL State Farm agents. If one can be like this and be in business who knows how all the other ones are!
