I am unsure why this office has ANYTHING BUT all positive reviews. Every time I call, text, email, or walk in, everyone (especially Tommy-I recommend always speaking with him) is such a pleasure to deal with. They have taken care of my many insurance needs for over 15 years. Claims are handled quickly and thoroughly. Auto, boat, home, rental policies.

Do not ever go at this location... they close at 5pm but when u call at 4pm nobody answers the phone. So unprofessional... they keep mixing my policily with others, so messy ....Non responsible, not fair at prices, they tell you something else when you sign up then after the first month they burn you with bills. I regret for going there. Tomorrow i guess will search for new Insurance. Cant deal with them anymore, trying to save money they are scared to hire new emplpyers, its not just me, my friend who is also trying to clear his name and address because its mixed with mine and my father in law has been calling for weeks and nobody answers the phone at all no matter if you call during the am or pm time....Unprofessionalism, lack of experience and profesionalism....
