This business did our taxes for 4 years and charged us 400.00 each year. The last year we used them we received a bill in the mail for 895.00!!!! They did not warn us our bill would be higher and our taxes that year were a lot simpler then previous years had been. We found out that the business was sold to a fancy highly degreed lady and she had begun tracking the MINUTES she spent on our return I stead of charging a flat fee like in previous years but she failed to let her customer know about the new billing system. Well good luck to ya fancy degreed lady . We will NOT be back and anyone we know needing tax prep services or bookkeeping will definitely not receive a referral from us. Instead of a referral they will hear our complaint about the way you do business!!
