I have a business in Gray and have been doing business with the KeyBank in the Gray Plaza for decades. In the past it could be frustrating getting answers to questions or small problems solved.That has changed with the arrival of two new professionals in this branch. Both Amy L. Dacy, Personal Banker, and Jon Garcia, Assistant Vice President have moved mountains to help me set up a business checking account with a small line of credit. It was amazing to see bankers actually working on my behalf.If you are a local business. You might want to stop in and check out moving your business banking to this branch. It has become a wonderful place to do business. What a change!
