This company is a mess. They can not figure out when a plan is supposed to start, nor do they process monthly payments in an effective manner. Every step they take is so delayed that it greatly impacts the delivery of services such as approving a medication. It is hard to know why this is happening, but the effect is to inhibit the use of medical service that is needed, unless one pays out of pocket. It is hard to tell if all of their problems are incompetence, or a calculated way to lower their costs by denying service.
