Please don’t let that stupid review sway you from using this company. I hate to tell the complainer but the bookkeeping company who prints your check has nothing to do with your issue. Your issue lies ONLY with your former employee. This is a professional company ran by professional people. You don’t even know what you are reviewing. I would trust this owner with every dime I have because she is honest, hard working, fair and kind. She treats both her clients and employees very well.

Horrible company. I have tried to get information regarding my payroll since August and all they can say is to call the company. But if they handle the bookkeeping, they should be able to give simple answers about payroll, deductions, and unidentified amounts taken out of the check such as "miscellaneous deductions" . Completely unwilling to help and the woman that answered the phone was rude. I feel there is something "weird" about the company and the connection with the employer I worked with for over a year. Never have experienced an issue like this and am calling the IRS to investigate. If I was an employer, I would want a company that can handle my bookkeeping in a professional manner and be able to answer simple questions. I would also want an organization that could work with my employees in a professional manner, as well.
