At this point all I will say is make sure you do your due diligence thoroughly before handing them your money, I will have lots more to say at a later date.

I do not, repeat DO NOT, recommend Mary at JL Green Insurance. My car was hit while parked at my apartment complex and the driver did not report the accident to myself or anyone at the office. Being a decent human, I waited a little while before filing a police report to see if the person would come forward. They did not. So after filing the report I call the insurance company and Mary answers. I explain the situation and start asking her questions about the claims process, which is when I am told I will need to call Progressive... even though my insurance is handled through JLG and paid directly to them every month. Okay no big deal. So I ask a few more questions and I am given very short & undescriptive responses. Umm okay? I apologized for being a burden and added that it was not necessary to be rude since all I was trying to do was to simply get the answers so that I could get my car fixed. The conversation ended because she told me that maybe if I would’ve reported the accident sooner than they would’ve probably taken it more seriously. Umm what?! Since when is an accident (OF ANY) not taken seriously? And since when is it okay to talk to customers with such disrespect?? Clearly being a decent human means nothing to this lady so be warned.
