Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you do not understand something he will explain it to you. My family and I use his office each year. I am a type that likes to control his money and trust Sam and his office to advise me right. We recommend Sam to anyone that needs financial or tax help.

Poor communication from this agency. They are responsible for my HOA fees, however, there is no verification of statement receipt as well as false dating of statements; for example, a statement will be dated for March 1, however, they will email the statement on March 14. Wish my HOA would consider a more competent agency.
