I was so beyond pleased with the gentlemen that work at this branch. They were extremely helpful in getting a new account open remotely and answering all my questions. The other branches in the area turned me away and did not show the level of service this branch did. Thank you so much!
Let me start by saying I do not have a TD Bank account but had to encounter this next-to-nothing branch manager and disliked every moment of it. As a POA, I went to take care of financial situations On behalf of a family member when I was greeted by Javier Castro. At first, he seemed like a noble man who knew how to deal with customers, being the branch manager and all. This man gave me such a hard time and did minimal work to get me a solution to my problem. Despite what the world is going through today, he made absolutely NO effort whatsoever to help another human. He treated me like a number, not a person. I was definitely not expecting to hear rude remarks on the phone when I tried to reason with him one last time. Thankfully I was about to resolve my issue with another TD Brand in Westwood without an inch of a complaint from either party. I recommend not dealing with this branch as it’s manager had little to no social skills when having sympathy or empathy for his customers.
Never trust this bank. My wife opened an account here with a promotional offer. We never received the promotion offered and ended up closing the account. I would never recommend opening account with TD bank and especially with this branch.
ATM is always broken. Tellers are rude. Smart remarks amongst themselves in multiple occasions. Never experienced this in any TD or banks in general
It is not the most convenient bank, the worse bank ever! ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN never working! Smmmhhh! Thanks God is no my bank anymore!
