I really wouldn’t even give one star after the experience I had today. I have had an accout with The Columbia Bank since I was 16 years old. I have always been in good standings, and they are the only bank I use for everything. I just recently started a new job and received my first check this week. With the holiday the deposit was delayed until Thursday (today) and I received an overdraft fee due to my electric bill processing before my funds were in the account. Being that I have been with the bank for so long I assumed that this mishap could be easily rectified. After the multiple conversations I had and that got me nowhere I am choosing to bank elsewhere from here forward.
The times are wrong I am very disappointed because some people can’t get there because they have work and that is hard but be them if they have kids or need to provide for there family I am very disappointed
