Don’t go if you want to wait forever for your taxes. Never had this problem before I go the same company...it’s just this location. Choose a better location cuz they purposely mess people stuff up to get more money out of you.

This place is horrible, not only did I have to end up repaying Louisiana $600 dollars but the preparator and owner both told me that they would send me some documents I needed. Waited 3 weeks and never got it. I’m from Louisiana but I live in Wisconsin. I’ve filed with them before I moved so I felt comfortable continuing to file with them. Four years later they have lost a customer and anybody I would refer to them. Horrible service especially at the Harvey branch.
