After purchasing an earth home we had extreme difficulty finding an insurance company to cover it. Cathy and Sean were extremely helpful and got us covered immediately! They then offered to bundle all our other insurance and saved us hundreds of dollars a month! Highly recommend!

Best insurance company I have ever worked with!!

I spent over $30,000 per year for business insurance here. Within the last 2 years, customer service became terrible, and communication was non existent. Three separate times I had contractors call me telling me my insurance had been canceled. Not once did Farm Bureau call me about it. When I called farm bureau, they said it was because of a shortage bill, which I never received, ( I pay annually, so there’s never late monthly bills.) and when I voiced my frustration, they always blamed it on mismanagement at the home office. The final straw was when my banker requested proof of insurance from them, they flat out refused to send it. And again, not even once, did farm bureau call me to communicate on it. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!! The sad thing is, they used to be pretty good.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I filed a claim 3 weeks ago for hail damage to my car and have yet to be contacted once, I’ve called multiple times to be told they don’t have any updates. Having to fix my car out of pocket just so I can drive. Pathetic!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The agent that took my case lied to me multiple times and only took action when we threatened them with a commissioner case. They were liable; I should’ve had my car back weeks ago but finally only got it back today because they lied about sending the check to pay for it. Thanks for the terrible service! I definitely recommend Kathy at Bison insurance!
