If i can give it 0 zero stars that would be more accurate. These ladies failed to send out paperwork needed to the actual insurance and as a customer i ended up paying double. When I notified them of the issue they “tried” to figure out what happened. Days later i called to get updated and i was told they will fix it. After being told they would call back or were too busy with clients for hours i took the initiative to speak directly to the actual insurance company and fixed the issue myself. This was a horrible and disappointing experience, I definitely won’t renew with this company.
