I just called Estrella Insurance as I had a few questions regarding their insurance plans & once I got a hold of a representative, the young lady specifically said “Can you give me a minute, I am finishing up my lunch” shortly after the call was “dropped”. As a manager of another company, I am beyond shocked at how she handled this phone call. I usually never write reviews, but this was unbelievable. The young lady did call shortly after to advise that she believed the call had dropped, however this was poor service.
