I filled out a few information and a few min later as I was filling out the forms Kenya calls and offers to help me finish. I have to start by saying that this location is actually great because of their personnel !! The ladies that work here are always ready to help they treat you with respect and always with a smile in their face YOLY is the best .she actually goes above and beyond to help you as a customer, she will take the time to explain to you everything related to Insurance, your benefits your responsibilities and everything!!!! I recommend this office 100% even if I have to wait I wait to speak to them because they really have high customer service skills
