I’m sorry to give a bad review but honestly they charge soooo much and give bad service. If you need help with something or want to get in contact with them forget it, it’s really hard because they never answer the phone. I had a bad experience because they made a mistake with my taxes and like I said it’s hard to get in contact with them by phone and even in person, so basically I had a hard time trying to solve the problem with my taxes. Then when they finally received my money they didn’t even call to inform me, I had to go in person to see if they had it because IRS was telling me they had sent it already. If I pay a lot I expect to have great service but this is not the case. Im sorry but Im not coming back here and neither is my family.
