I made appt a week prior to appt and received a call asking me to come to appt an hour later to which I complied. When arrived, was another person who made appt online at the same time as mine. Additionally tax person asked if I had something I could do in the area for a little while as she needed to help him and another couple before me. I’ve been with Liberty tax for 15 years and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service and communication.
