When he responded I was provided with a maximum price I’d pay based on the info provided. Once I decided to work with him he granted me access to a shared folder to upload my official tax documents and a copy of the prior year return. He emailed back with a few follow up questions, then got to work. Within two days my return was ready for review. There were no errors so I signed a form or two then made payment for his services. Once payment was reduced he electronically filed on by behalf. It was a really efficient way to go about things and I strongly recommend him.
