As with any other entity, the rating is based on the quality of service offered not by the entity itself but by their employees. Here, Ms. Daniela Egues was absolutely outstanding. She spent almost 1hout past the time of closing hours (1 pm on Saturdays) ensuring that I understood all the features of online banking and explaining the options of linking on line accounts and all the details a customer would hope to come to expect, but unfortunately not many entities see this as of value anymore, or have lost this important business model in their day to day operations. Great job Daniela!

I came here for a simple transaction and everyone was able to help me no issues. The entire staff made me feel at home, and everyone seemed to be genuinely nice. I will definitely be banking here more often. Thank you BOA for a great banking experience.I felt the need to share, because this has not always been the case at other Bank of America locations.

Totally unhelpfull came in with 2 Ids and the teller blocked my card thinking about changing banks

Only wire transaction they were asking me to wait for one hour, it was not busy but still they told me to wait, don’t want to visit this location again
