I knew BMO was terrible but I went in here to try to get a cash advance and they said the limit is $900, that’s a regular ATM limit, defeats the whole purpose of a cash advance.I went right up the street further south to Chase and there was no limit. Common sense.
I had a banking emergency so I was at the bank at opening. The place was empty but I was told to take a seat and wait. The personal banker did not notice (or care?) that their was someone waiting...I believe someone had to tell the banker. After telling the banker my problem, I was asked questions the banker should be answering for me??? The attitude was thick. Not completely resolving my issue, I asked for a business card, I wrote on it, and was told not to write on the front but on the back....? As the banker knew the problem I had wanted to follow up with the banker, yet was told to call the 1-800 number. (so I can go through it all again). Horrible customer service!!!!!!
