The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and provide 5 star service. My original review was 2 stars, but I was upset about online and over the phone options. Holds for e-deposits are inordinately long, 3-5 days, and electronic transfers take nearly as long. This is mostly a problem if this is not your sole or primary account. If you often need to move money between accounts, Trustmark has been among the least helpful. The digital teller option, video chat with someone on an ATM, is OK and allows for next day check deposits. The apps for iOS and Apple are on par with any I have used, excepting the delay in eDeposits. Again, excellent in person, needs improvement online and on the phone, and 4 stars overall.

If I could give a negative score I would!! This bank has no after hours or emergency number. If it does, why is it so hard to locate. The ATM shutdown in the middle of a deposit transaction, AFTER IT TOOK MY MONEY!!! Sunday afternoon, unable to speak with any live person. Every number gives automation. If anything bounces I am holding Trustmark responsible!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
