Very poor parking security management. I was in here today (11/7/2019) for ATM service with cat food @ petco with my wife and a newborn baby in sleep in car seat. Of course, I park in bank parking under tree for baby and tried to finish my tasks finish as soon as possible. I decide to finish cat food shopping first and use atm after that. However. The bank parking security asked my wife to move car to other place because he think I’m not going to use bank service. Wow.... After I finish my task in bank and talk to him, he want me to report to him my schedule when I leave car and he didn’t care about baby with mother under shade or not.Rude and no apologies!What a friendly bank! Disappoint!!!

They have rich people line not buissisness account. A person who have good(?) money, he or she can cut it front of longline.

Terrible normal business hours! Also, inefficient info. located online to advise us of holiday hours, such as on Good Friday. Tried to call, recording only provides hours for same day, which is NOT helpful! Did thorough online search & info. was still very bad. :(
