I financed my home purchase with Thoai Pham at TSB. The process was pretty painful. She changed up the requirements several times, telling me in e-mail what would be required then changing it several weeks later. She ran my credit despite direct written orders not to run my credit without my express permission. I am giving her two stars because without her I doubt I would have been able to get a home loan, she gave me good directions and specific examples on what documents I had to make up and how to make them up, to get my loan.

Terrible customer service! You are never greeted upon entry, and the tellers are unfriendly, do not smile, or thank you for your business.
