Have been trying to call and find out more information about my taxes and have not heard from him for six months and the year is almost over!!. Every time I call the mailbox is either full or no one follows up. I’m pretty sure my check is going to get garnished if I wait for them to reach out about a status update. Not pleased at all with the services offered. Would not recommend
