I have a $5000 cashiers check from suntrust that I drove 60 plus miles to cash and the lady and I wish I would have gotten her name looked at it and looked at me and said that this check isn’t going to be in the system there. That I needed to go try another branch. Well unfortunately they will be closed before I make it to another. Thank you lady on the far left for you’re hospitality.

Terrible Bank. Dubious fee systems.

I will never go to that branch again to do my banking. Only been to that particular bank a few times always have been horrible experience . The bank tellers attitude is so rude and very unprofessional. I will for now on go to the Southaven Mississippi SunTrust location where they respect there customers.

This is the worst branch I’ve been to. The employees couldn’t care less about their customers. The teller I had seemed irritated with me that I had two deposits to process for a business account and that I had the gall to hand her loose change to deposit. She told me that they couldn’t accept it unrolled like that (I had rolled change too, just some that I didn’t have enough to roll). She groaned the whole time she handled my deposit and I will NEVER go back to that branch again. Don’t waste your time here.
