My experience with the bank is totally different. Each and everyone at the Harwin branch is extremely professional and very courteous. I have been dealing with them for more than a year now and have absolutely no complaints or problems.

Worst bank to deal with hands down! Worst customer service, the manager is under qualified for her job, she drives the customers away! I was thinking about opening an account with them but after checking their customer service, I am going to take my business else where. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

Customer service is terrible. Bank tellers are very rude. Asked for a withdrawal slip from the teller, Sandra Wong, and was very rudely told to wait in line.
