Branch associates are incompetent and do not listen to customer concerns. Information varies per person you speak to and you will be transferred from customer service to various personnel to completely waste your time. Associates do not follow due diligence with banking policies so the burden falls on the consumer. If you come here, you will be met with rebuttals and their refusal to take responsibility. Go to a credible institution.

Very friendly workers, clean and fast service. I have one closer on Capitol St, but go to this one because they take too long over there.
