Excellent costumer service, and very low prices...

Terrible service, purchased a cartridge for our HP laser printer, after a short while, the printer started to make a weird sound, we took the cartridge out and it was falling a part.Our office is around the corner from this store, so I took it back and the guy at the front desk, by the name of Lance, with very little customer service knowledge, said that he could not do anything because the cartridge was 2 years old... the sad thing is that I purchase that cartridge less than a month ago.Never going back, beware if you buy from them.

Omg...i took this crappy cartridge to this place and got a new ink for my dell, not only was the price reasonable but the rep Lance cleaned the cartridge and told me what else i needed to improve my printer. I got home and ran the new cartridge and my prints are like new. Mannnn...i cant tell u how appreciative of you guys. Made my day for something so small yet so important. Telling every body abt u. Austin was cool too. See u guys soon.
