I am the treasurer for a national organization with 23 commanderies dedicated to commemorating and preserving maritime history. Our non-profit 501.C.19 org is over 100 years old and recognized by Congress. We needed specific help with IRS tax challenges for the national organization and our smaller chapters. Keith Argueta and his staff have been very knowledgeable, responsive and professional as we worked through the various steps to understand, organize, register and then file both IRS paperwork and also our required state return as well as prepare and enable several smaller chapters to file as subordinate non-profit entities under our group ID. The numbers were the easier part. Knowing all the required steps and filling in missing information was key to our success. Bravo Zulu for a job well done.
