Merlin is extremely professional, working to ensure my taxes were complete. I have moved several times and no matter were I lived using his software is easy. He is there to assist. Very dependable and trustworthy.

First off this guy’s customer service and attention to details are impeccable. He is easy to talk with and extreme helpful. You can tell when he speaks he knows how to work with the IRS. I met him regarding doing some contractor work on his home and before I left our initial meeting it seemed he was helping me more with my taxes then I was with helping him with some construction projects lol. Great company with awesome character.

I have used large tax preparation companies and tax preparation software in the past, but what these two different services lacked was the ability to understand my needs and to be my advocate with the IRS. Working with Merlin was easy and convenient, the online portal and having virtual meetings meant I could be anywhere in the world and could still submit forms and paperwork and have a meeting with Merlin. Merlin is up to date with the latest information on the tax codes and regulations and I would highly recommend him to anyone or to any small business owner.
