Multiple calls still no response. Its really difficult to get the work done from them.

Very helpful and accommodating. Shehzad and Rosa will search and get you the best insurance deals. I like that they are independent agents so they can shop several companies to give you the best coverage and/or price. I highly recommend them. Give them a shot because they will work for your business!

You have to beg them with multiple phone calls and email to get things done. Not sure if they need to hire more people or if they need basic business training. Dude on a phone has no energy or life, very depressing.

Shazad has horrible customer service. Every time I try to contact him, he’s either out to lunch or already left for the day. When he is there or on another call, they ask for a name and contact number so he can return my call but he never does. When I do call back, he’s already gone for the day. I sent him an email with all my contact information asking to call me or at least email me back in regards to a few questions and he can’t even do that.

Bunch of scammers. They called me on phone and give me a price that was cheaper and when I went there they give me another price.
