V v poor service never ever finance with themV unfriendly sight

I emailed the servicing department on my mortgage because my payment had not posted and I was concerned it was not received. They responded immediately telling me that they had received it and should clear my bank in a day or so. Very impressed

Worst customer service ever. Every person you talk to tells you something different. Nothing your told can trusted because everyone tells you that the previous person told you a lie. I put a lot of money into this company to be getting a run around like this. I will be looking for a more reputable company to refinance with ASAP!
