This place is a No for me .. I went to open a savings and was treated like trash by Arthur and the manager. It was sickening.... absolutely no customer service !!!

This is a good company. They will help you build credit, always a nice experience. I like the bank manager, she rules with an iron fist. Things always run smoothly.

Very disrespectful manager and bank teller by the name of Arthur Martinez. Do not bank there. Disgusting treatment all around to their customers with buisness accounts. Bad representation of the company.

If you love being treated like yesterday’s garbage, go to this branch and ask for “Roland”Here’s the lowdown:Had my assistant call this branch to inquire about business banking. She Spoke to a “Roland”. This guy was extremely defensive and talked to her like a 3rd class citizen. He asked questions such as:- “Why do you want to know that?”- “What’s your name again?”- “Why didn’t you just come into the branch instead of calling?”As a banker and a professional, one should NEVER talk to a potential customer this way.
