Mr. Mendell,Has no interest in helping families with small budgets.When calling he answers the telephone directly and constantly interrupts with a prosecutorial attitude.He is unfamiliar with 1099-C issues or Wells Fargo Bank fraud issues.You will not be allowed to finish a sentence without him interrupting you. He will demand at least $1500.00 dollars up front.Avoid this lawyer. This is my opinion and experience.Mendell cherry picks cases with deep pockets.He only has two positive reviews.My review is negative.Dale Reynolds
