I went to Emilio’s to do an estimate on my taxes.Due to covid-19 they just go pick up tax papers on Certain days which is not a problem. However I tried getting in contact with them multiple times during the week they had my information and was unsuccessful and even hung up on. When they finally contacted me about my taxes it was only a rushed call to tell me to go sign I stopped the older woman I was talking to from hanging up and proceeded to ask about my return In which she gave me disappointing information so I politely let her know I was thankful for her time but I will be Stopping by only to pick up my w-2 information because I would be doing my taxes elsewhere since I got a better outcome from the other Professional tax company . Well she got offended and started to get disrespectful and threatened to hold my paperwork hostage unless I paid her the money it would have cost if I actually did my taxes with her which is ridiculous. Needless to say she claims to be a professional who has been in the business for if I remember correctly 20 plus years and her attitude says it’s time to retire. If I could give no stars I would. Do not recommend this place at all they are completely unprofessional!
