OTS Tax Service is the best out there! They are professional, knowledgeable and always treat me and others like family. I appreciate that unlike other tax places OTS is open all year around. So if I ever needed anything I can call or email. They even help gave me credit repair advice and help me close on my house!!! I love these guys! These people are a fraudulent entity, I am having to file with the IRS identity specialized unit and the federal trade commission because after going to them for a quote they illegally submitted my taxes without my signature or permission do not use them

Will charge you an arm and a leg to do your taxes. What they do is distract you and not tell you how much they charge you! Ronald charged me 700!!! Plus waited 4 hrs till I finally get them done! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!
