Overdrafted my fiance after making a large deposit. They put the cash deposit on hold. Never heard of anything so damned stupid in my life. Talked to several employees there, most had the IQ of a package of spoiled livers. Horrible place, nothing but issues with them lately.

I have been using Associated Bank for years, and this location is by far my favorite. The staff recognize me (and even know my name) and welcome with a warm greeting every time! Very helpful and supportive staff.
