Only been inside twice but each time friendly smiling faces almost no wait time, but it was a week day. Love having this bank branch closer to home now.

ATM kept my deposit, I stepped into the branch, and spoke with a manager. The manager was nonchalant, and stated, "O it was just one hundred dollars, the claim will come to my computer, I will approve the claim, issue a temporary credit, we will check the ATM the next business day for any overages!" I have yet to receive my money/credit/refund in my account. This happened on 08/07/2020, today is 08/17/2020.
