This company is a joke do not deal with them, Kanei Jones, Rusty, jerome garrett and jeremy house very poor customer service and very very uneducated. It wasn't the fact the it took 3 1/2 weeks to get the vehicle back, but the level of customer service from everyone and the smart/ignorant remarks. A manager did call but we called him over a week and half ago to complain on Kanei because Jerome is her direct report we left him 3 messages and he only called back yesterday because of the complaint that was emailed. He did apologize twice as he tried to defend her, but I shut it down. I did enjoy the fact that it was a forced apology because regardless it is his job. So once again, the level of service is HORRIBLE. You do not have to respond again as I am satisfied with the forced apology.
