Matt or his staff are available 24/7 nights or weekends. Makes changes to my policy instantly. Even helped me get out of a ticket one night by talking to the cop while I was pulled over!! They always make sure I am properly protected. And getting that $700 reward check is awesome!! Honest and easy to work with I highly recommend them!!

Stay away from these guys at all cost, they will do anything to get more money from you than you are quoted. Originally they took 300 a month then it would change every month. It would jump from 300 to 350 and everything in between, and when confronted they will tell you it will be fixed next time (which it never is). Or they say they need to again for some BS reason. Matt Hall should not be in this industry and I highly advise everyone to evade this company at all costs.
