This location refuses to serve people with disabilities if they cannot for whatever reason wear a mask. I watched the cashier refuse service to an elderly woman and a young man because they were not and likely could not wear masks. They even had a copy of the city ordinance with them to demonstrate that they were within their legals rights. It does not matter if you are medically exempt from wearing a mask or not, they will refuse you service. If they are not careful someone will likely take them to court for violating the American Disabilities Act. I will not be returning to this location and I hope others do not return as well.
