I have gotten nothing but great friendly service from the King of Prussia staff. The couple of times I have had an issue, usually my fault entering a password, they take care of it right away for me. I’ve been with them for years.
Writing for the old KOP location. Manager Sheryl lied to me about Bryn Mawr being unable to refund my first overdraft. Had the account for years, had balances of over $13000 they were making money on. Called customer service who told me she wasn’t telling the truth. Everyone else at Bryn Mawr is wonderful to work with. Sheryl is a liar, the only compassion she has is for herself and to look good for her superiors.
